Pablo Jaroslavsky is Counsel at Dechamps International Law. He is a civil and common law trained lawyer with extensive experience in international arbitration, specializing in commercial and investment treaty disputes. A solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and a member of the Buenos Aires bar, he has represented clients in numerous arbitrations conducted under the ICC, ICSID, ICSID(AF) and UNCITRAL rules.

Pablo graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in 2011, where he also undertook postgraduate studies in tax law in 2013. In 2015, he obtained a master's degree (LL.M) in international dispute settlement from the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. He teaches international arbitration at the University of Buenos Aires and has authored several publications in the field. Pablo served as an ICC YAAF Representative for Latin America between 2021 and 2024 and has been recognized as a future leader in international arbitration by Who's Who Legal (now Lexology) since 2021.
