Shipping Instructions: Please aim to have packages arrive at the venue no more than 2 working days prior to the event.
All deliveries to arrive between 9 am and 5 pm via loading bay to the lower ground floor which is accessed by goods lift. Loading bay is located on America Square, next to Pure Gym and Mr Tipsy Bar. Exhibitors/couriers are welcome to load in/load out for up to 20 mins, after which the vehicle would need to be moved outside, please. No parking is permitted in the loading bay during set up, event itself or breakdown.
** Please note America Square does NOT accept deliveries on pallets or with excessive weight requiring more than 1 person to lift/move the item.
Pricing for Shipments: The venue does not charge for receiving boxes.
Return Shipments: Exhibitors should come with their own pre-printed/filled out labels and must arrange pickups to be picked up within 2 working days of the event. Please ensure all items are sealed and labelled. The venue is not responsible for scheduling package pick up.
Leftover Items – Please kindly make sure to arrange collection of any bulk or non-recyclable items like pop-up banners after the event as unfortunately America Square does not have onsite facilities to recycle these. If you choose to leave these items onsite, there will be a waste collection charge of £200+vat.

Pass Registration
To register your firm and/or client passes, please use the links and action codes provided to you via email from Heather.Rothmann@imn.org. If you cannot find this email or your action codes, please email Heather to have this shared with you.
FIRM PASSES are for members of your company. If you exceed the allotted number of passes, additional passes can be purchased at a reduced rate of 25% off the standard registration. Please contact your IMN sponsorship coordinator for assistance with additional passes. Any passes submitted incorrectly will be declined and asked to resubmit through the portal.
CLIENT PASSES Client passes are limited to law firms using third party financing to fund cases, corporate counsels & CFOs and institutional investors. All client passes are subject to approval by the IMN team. Please note that the pass is ‘Pending Approval’ until the pass has been approved by the IMN team. No Client Passes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event date. Any qualified client passes submitted after that date will be charged 20% off the standard registration rate. Those individuals with an existing registration are not eligible for client passes.
