Anton Titov is the CEO and co-founder of Plexo, the coordination network for institutional stablecoin payments. He has spent 13 years in fintech, including four years building cross-border stablecoin products and payment operations spanning more than 30 corridors. That experience led him to build Plexo: a сoordination layer where regulated financial institutions discover counterparties, reuse compliance evidence, and coordinate fiat and stablecoin payment flows while retaining approval responsibility and settling directly.
