At Boston Consulting Group, he was Managing Director & Partner and served as a core leader for the Enterprise Transformation practice. He served as Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Persistent Systems, with earlier leadership roles at HP and Cisco. Ayon's passion for unlocking AI potential for enterprises led him to team up with Malavika Lakireddy, a product leader with ~25 yrs of experience at Uber, Zeotap, AT&T, Fidelity, and building large scale global enterprise products across Silicon Valley, Europe, and India.
