Bart Vanhaeren is the co-founder and CEO of Young Early Starters (YES), the first platform where children aged 8 to 18 invest in real stocks and ETFs, with parents approving every trade, and build financial skills through a game-designed adventure. He co-founded and led InvestSuite, the digital wealth company whose technology now powers investing experiences for banks and brokers across Europe.

Earlier in his career he spent more than two decades in banking and fintech, including running Bolero, KBC's online investment platform, sitting on the board of KBC Securities, and pioneering equity crowdfunding in Belgium through Bolero Crowdfunding.

With YES, his aim is to give kids a 20-year head start by teaching them to invest young and think long-term.
