Cate Taylor is the CEO of Bayes Global, a communications and corporate affairs advisory firm serving highly regulated businesses. Bayes Global is also the creator of PRIOR™, a foresight intelligence platform designed to turn complexity into strategic advantage.

Taylor's career spans leadership roles on Wall Street, in the White House, and the Fortune 100 C-suite. She has guided communications for multibillion-dollar transactions, launched global brands across more than 40 countries, and advised Fortune 100 companies and high-growth technology firms through periods of growth, innovation, and heightened scrutiny. Her work explores how shifts in markets, technology, and regulation are changing the way leaders make decisions and build competitive advantage.

Taylor is a Nonresident Fellow and policy lecturer at the Penn Wharton Budget Model, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a member of the Board of Visitors at Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy. She served at the White House as Director for International Finance at the National Security Council and as a White House Fellow.
