Deborah Jackson is the founder and CEO of Plum Alley, a venture firm that invests in frontier technology and medical breakthroughs. She is a Founding General Partner of the Plum Alley Ventures Fund and a Founding Partner of Plum Alley Ventures Company.

After two decades on Wall Street helping her clients raise capital in the public and private markets, she became an entrepreneur herself. Over the last decade, Plum Alley has served both founders and investors across the country. The firm has already achieved two goals: invested over $130M and ignited a bold base of new investors to embrace technology innovation.
Deborah has received numerous awards including the inaugural global list of Forbes 50 over 50 women in investing. She serves as a Board Director and is a frequent guest speaker at both investing and entrepreneurial events.
