Vijay Patwari is the Founder and CEO of Code Comprehend, an enterprise software company that helps financial institutions, payments companies, and other regulated organizations understand and modernize their mission-critical mainframe applications.

He brings more than 24 years of technology and business leadership, including critical roles in multiple large-scale enterprise transformation programs. His background spans product and solutions engineering, architecture, consulting, and sales, with experience at companies including HP, Ericsson, and Ciena.

Across those programs, Vijay repeatedly saw the same problem: before an enterprise can modernize a legacy system, it often spends months reconstructing what the system does and how to change it safely. He founded Code Comprehend to solve that problem in software and personally designed and built the platform end-to-end.

Vijay holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
