In Finance & Accounting the demand for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) information and metrics is increasing as investors show more interest for public companies to incorporate ESG disclosures in their SEC submissions on topics such as diversity, inclusion, climate change and sustainability. Within our digital events this topic has been a feature to provide company benchmarking, best practices and practitioner insights into the considerations for assurance engagements around ESG reporting. In August, a Spotlight Panel addressed Talent Planning, Diversity, Culture and Inclusion with a culturally and gender diverse panel from Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Catalent and PwC. The panel discussed Awareness to Action - moving beyond unconscious bias; Diversity in R&D and future innovation; Board Diversity/Engagement and how to navigate D&I communications.
