In this article, we introduce 1. a series of the world’s first technologies for peptide manufacturing developed by PeptiStar and its partners and 2. PeptiStar’s new capabilities of oligonucleotide manufacturing.
- PeptiStar has successfully made innovations in each step of peptide manufacturing: (i) Synthesis - SYNCSOLTM (coupling reactions using unprotected amino acids), (ii) Purification – continuous chromatography (achieving high quality and high recovery rate simultaneously), (iii) Concentration – new membrane concentration method (high efficiency without a heat or pressure load), and (iv) Drying – new freeze-drying method (reducing processing time by >80%).
- Last but not least, we also discuss PeptiStar’s new capabilities in oligonucleotide manufacturing.
