Originally trained as an Office in HM Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm and then jet training in the RAF. Before going to college and becoming a Chartered Surveyor. He moved to Asia in 1996 as a Chartered Surveyor before moving to become a property analyst with WI Carr. He was then recruited into ING Baring as a sales trader and has been worked for various houses in that role for the past 17 years.

Now working at Pearl Bridge Partners who have offices in HK and Nanning in Guangxi Province. Andrew advises on Macro and Micro issues related to HK, China and North Asia.
