Louis Cheng

Dr. Cheng is a Professor of Finance and Director of CESEF Center at PolyU. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the Hospital Authority Provident Fund Scheme, the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel, and the Business Studies Panel (Joint Research Schemes) for the Research Grants Council (RGC). He served as a Council member and a Trustee of the Pension Fund of PolyU from 2011 to 2013. Dr. Cheng served as a project consultant for various organizations including Bank of China, IEC, SFC, MPFA, FSTB through Tricor, Value Partners, Agricultural Bank of China, BCTHK, Fubon Bank, HKEx, Charles Schwab, Tai Fook Securities, and HKSI.
