Mark England is Head of Client Relationship Management in Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, he leads a regional team of relationship managers and is responsible for ensuring State Street develop and maintain deep, mutually beneficial client relationships based on trust and a shared strategic vision.
Mr. England previously worked at Citi’s Investor Services in various roles, starting in Operations in Dublin in 1998. He moved to London for a new business implementation role in 2002 and was in a senior client program management role in New York in 2008.
In 2010, he moved to Citi in Hong Kong into Client Sales Management focusing initially on clients across the Insurance and Asset Management sectors in Asia. The role included the management of Sales professionals based in various locations across the Asia Pacific. Mr. England concluded his time at Citi as head of Asset Management Sales for Citi’s Investor Services for the region.
Mr England joined State Street in Hong Kong in September 2015 as senior managing director and head of Asset Manager and Insurance Sector Sales for State Street Global Services and Global Markets in Asia Pacific.
Mr. England has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, Australia.
