Mr Vincent CHEN joined CICC in March 2019 as Executive Director, Global ETF Strategy, overseeing its offshore ETF business.

Before joining CICC, Mr CHEN was the Head of Index Quantitative Investment in ICBC Credit Suisse (International) Company Limited where he developed its offshore ETF business in Europe and North America Prior to that, he was the Head of ETF business in China Asset Management (HK) Limited where he managed its global ETF business which includes multiple products listed in Hong Kong, US and Japan Mr CHEN had also worked at Value Partners Limited and BOCI Prudential Asset Management Limited, where he was responsible for institutional and retail distributions of ETFs in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr CHEN holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong He also spent time studying in HEC Paris.
