Roelof van Dijk is the Executive Director of Real Estate for the Canadian Real Estate Forums group at Informa Connect. He brings over 15 years of experience covering the Canadian real estate market as a market intelligence leader within commercial real estate brokerages and data analytics companies. Roelof has also worked extensively with developers as an approvals project management consultant.

Throughout his career, he has regularly contributed to the discussion about the economy and the state of the market, trends impacting commercial real estate, and what these trends mean for the outlook. Roelof has been a presenter, panelist and moderator at numerous real estate conferences, has appeared in and on BNN Bloomberg, Global News, CBC Radio, the Globe & Mail, Bloomberg News and the National Post, among others, and has authored numerous articles and reports pertaining to commercial real estate. Roelof holds an MBA with a focus on real estate, and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning degree.
