Howard Palmer is a globally recognised specialist in trade finance and the emerging markets. When the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe opened up, Howard became the Assistant General Manager, Head of Trade and Lending at Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich (RZB) in London. During his time at RZB he was the Head of the Structured Trade Finance, Shipping, Forfaiting and Syndications departments, as well as the Corporate Lending, Correspondent Banking, Letters of Credit departments.
