*Black Friday Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Prize Draw Period
    • Start Date: November 21, 2024, at 00:00 (midnight)
    • End Date: December 1, 2024, at 23:59
    • All times are in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  2. Prizes
    Two (2) 'All-Access Pass & Showcase Presentation' packages for the Investival Showcase USA 2025 will be awarded:
    1. One prize for Biotech and Techbio companies
    2. One prize for Healthtech and Medtech companies
  3. Eligibility
    • Open to companies in the specified sectors: Biotech, Techbio, Healthtech, and Medtech
    • Participants must be legal entities or authorized representatives of such entities
    • Current Showcase Presentation ticket holders are not eligible to win
  4. Entry Process
    • Details on how to enter the competition should be provided here
    • No purchase necessary to enter or win
  5. Winner Selection
    • Two (2) winners will be selected through a random draw
    • The draw will be conducted by Informa/LSX or its designated representatives
    • The draw will take place within 5 business days after the competition end date
  6. Winner Notification
    • Winners will be announced following the last day of the Black Friday Competition
    • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry
    • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner
  7. Prize Conditions
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes
    • Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize
    • Prizes must be used for the Investival Showcase USA 2025 event and cannot be deferred to future years
  8. Data Protection
    • Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this competition and subject to Informa's Privacy Policy
  9. General Conditions
    • By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Informa/LSX, which are final and binding
    • Informa/LSX reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if necessary
  10. Limitation of Liability
    • Informa/LSX is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or human error that may occur in the administration of the competition
