Bill is Managing Director at KPMG in Bermuda where he has been for nearly five years. Bill heads the Actuarial Services unit and the team of 11 actuaries. Bill performs loss reserve studies and signs loss reserve opinions for many Bermuda based and global reinsurers, and he regularly makes presentations at company Audit Committee meetings. Bill is also very active in the insurance linked securities area where he performs actuarial valuations for Funds.

Prior to KPMG, Bill worked at Chubb legacy ACE in the US as a senior pricing and reserving actuary with significant cat and capital modeling responsibilities as well. He also worked at The Travelers in their home office for many years prior to that.
