Ms Beck is currently a Non Executive Director on One Communications Ltd, Twilio IP Ltd, and the Bermuda Business Development Agency. She is also Chair of the Board of South Atlantic Express (a planned submarine telecommunications cable connecting South Africa to USA).

Ms Beck was the Chair of Telecommunications for the America's Cup Bermuda Event Authority. Prior to this she was CEO of Southern Cross Cable Network for 14 years – a submarine fiber optic system connecting Australia /NZ to the USA .
