Polina Komsalova-Branco

Polina Komsalova-Branco holds an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business with the University of Western Ontario and a degree in Economics from the Institute for World Economics in Bulgaria. Polina also holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.

Currently, Polina leads an integration and transformation project at Fireminds. (www.fireminds.com). Before joining Fireminds, Polina was part of the Financial Institutions Group team with HSBC Bank Bermuda Ltd, covering the Bermuda Insurance and Reinsurance industry. Polina has experience in private equity, institutional technical assistance, hedge fund administration and environmental conservation projects.

In addition to her involvement with the Insitute of Directors, Polina is actively engaged in YPO (www.ypo.org), a professional organization, most recently as an International Conference Chair in NYC and a number of smaller education events. Polina has a passion and strong interest in the topic of Sustainability and how it applies to businesses in today’s world.
