Bambi Smith is a Project Management Group Leader at Almac Clinical Technologies with 10 years at Almac and more than 25 years of clinical research experience. She holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has served in roles spanning trial coordination, principal investigator, therapist, and university instructor. In her current role, Bambi serves as the PM GL subject matter expert for Almac’s Adaptive Trial Design Center of Excellence, supporting studies with Complex Innovative Designs. She also developed and manages Almac’s CID Study Project Management program, which helps project managers and study teams navigate the unique operational challenges of CID studies.
