Bryan Clayton is the Founder and CEO of BC Consulting Group, where he helps pharmaceutical, biotech, and eClinical organizations adopt AI in ways that actually move the needle on operations. His work blends hands-on AI development with executive advisory and live training, a combination that lets him sit equally well with a software engineering team and a room of senior leaders.

On the build side, Bryan has designed and delivered production AI systems end to end. Recent projects include an AI-powered learning management platform, a full-stack video generation studio deployed on Azure Container Apps with a pluggable multi-provider architecture, an AI-assisted clinical label QC proof of concept, and an automated UAT test script generator. Each pairs modern LLM and agentic workflows with the infrastructure, data modeling, and user experience work required to run in a regulated enterprise environment.

On the education side, Bryan is a sought-after AI trainer and speaker. Over the past two years he has led AI bootcamps, hands-on workshops, and plenary sessions for audiences across the United States and Europe, including Global Clinical Supplies Group (US and Europe), ISPE, CRISP/NECSO, Maxis AI, the RTSM Professional’s Society, and Informa IRT. His training ranges from foundations for first-time users to advanced sessions for power users and process owners, always grounded in real clinical and commercial use cases.
