Before joining 4G Clinical, she dedicated a significant portion of her career to Bristol-Myers Squibb. At BMS, Carla had played a crucial role in establishing vendor management standards and processes, utilizing her extensive expertise in supply chain and clinical systems. She has led substantial RTSM process improvement initiatives, introducing innovative strategies for integrating IRT to effectively enhance and optimize supply chains in clinical trials, ensuring alignment with the comprehensive needs of global partners.
