Culinary Innovation Group (CIG)
Every LCA member company is encouraged to have its titled senior culinary staff participate in the CIG. This group includes executive chefs, sous chefs, chefs de cuisine, pastry chefs, kitchen managers and lead event chefs. Some of the LCA’s chef-owners participate in this group as well.
The purpose of the CIG is to provide a forum where the participants in the group can exchange leading edge ideas on all things culinary. These include such areas as recipe development, presentation, event execution, kitchen technology, staffing and training.
Chef Peter McCaffrey is responsible for the CIG.
