Principals Network Group (PNG)

The most senior executives designated by each LCA member company for LCA contact are referred to as a principal, and the principals make up the PNG. For the independent caterers that make up the majority of the LCA membership, these seats will generally be taken by the CEO/owner of the company, and their designated alternate. For the LCA members that are divisions of larger corporate entities, the primary seat will generally be occupied by the senior corporate officer in charge of the catering division.

The PNG is the successor to the original Top Gun Roundtable, which was founded in 2007. Each LCA member company has the right to provide input on LCA membership issues, and the principals are the conduit for that input. The PNG members also have prerogative to designate the members of other LCA groups from their respective companies.
