Each year at LCAES we invite a mix of thought-provoking speakers. New to LCAES this year we have former White House Director of Events Laura Schwartz, professional leadership speaker Cindy Novotny, and Technomic food industry expert Joe Pawlak.

Sessions are designed with relevant topics for each network group, including general and principals’ only sessions. Other focus groups include sales, culinary, management/operations, and finance.

Year-upon-year, LCAES host caterers work diligently to bring new ideas to the evening events with spot on presentation, cuisine, and surprise & delight moments. This years’ events will be presented by Blue Plate Chicago, and Catering by Michaels, with events held at Blue Plate’s Larkin Hall, the Old Chicago Post Office, and the Chicago Cultural Center.
