Anna is currently Dean and Pro Vice Chancellor of Middlesex University Business School. She has worked with the strategic development of organisations and their management teams for more than 25 years. Her areas of specialism are organisational behaviour, managing people, and learning and development with a particular emphasis on managing and developing people in the virtual organisation. She has extensive research experience in survey design and data analysis at organisational, national and international levels.
