Bill has a degree in Physics (Oxford University), an MBA (Henley) and worked for Shell for 17 years in their LPG, aviation, and gas and power divisions after a career in the UK power generation industry. From 1997 to 2007 he was the LNG supply manager for Shell’s European gas and power businesses. He has experience of structuring and completing large complex commercial deals in the gas and LNG business involving foreign governments and joint venture partners, and established a portfolio of LNG supply contracts for Southern Europe in completing the gas supply chain to downstream wholesalers.
