Mark has been teaching Strategic Marketing, as well as, Marketing Management for a number of years in undergraduate, graduate and executive education programs – MBA and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). He holds a Doctorate in Ethnic Entrepreneurship, MA in Marketing Management, MBA in Corporate Strategy, Undergraduate Degree, and a PGCFE. Mark is a Chartered Marketer with the CIM, and holds Member status with both the CIM and Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM). In addition to his teaching career, Mark has a number of years experience within various service sectors and has consulted to a number of ethnic SMEs. His research interests are Ethnic and Islamic Marketing, Services Marketing, and Marketing Strategy. He has research published in journals, and presented at UK and International conferences.
