Paul has a BA and PhD in Philosophy, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Management Studies and HRM. Paul researches into business ethics and the philosophy of management and has published six books, including Studying Business at MBA and Masters Level (with James Wisdom). He has taught on a wide range of courses, has extensive professional consultancy experience and is also engaged in further development of electronic and distance learning.
