Lynn McRoy, MD is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an experienced breast and laparoscopic surgeon who practiced for 16 years before transitioning to industry. Lynn is the Global Vice President of Medical Affairs supporting Breast cancer and Precision Medicine for Pfizer Oncology. Lynn completed her MD degree and surgical residency at the Medical College of Virginia. She has held a variety of roles in medical affairs during 15 years in industry including US lead for Biosurgery at Sanofi, and Global Medical Affairs lead for wound closure at Ethicon. Lynn has extensive experience in drug safety, real world evidence and patient centered clinical development. Lynn holds multiple medical device patents and is a graduate of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical medicine with a certificate in Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance. She has extensive experience in real world evidence generation, patient centered outcome research and patient engagement.
