Monica Ramchandani has a BS and MS in Pharmacy from Mumbai University. She earned her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Before transitioning to Medical Communications, Monica worked in Pharmaceutical Research and Development. Since her transition, she has focused on medical affairs activities including publication planning and development, congress planning, medical science liaison materials, and advisory board meetings, as well as, collaborations with medical information. She currently leads the publication planning and development efforts at for Gilead’s HIV portfolio. She has previously worked at Amgen, Sanofi-Aventis and Spectrum Pharmaceuticals. In addition to her extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry, she has several publications to her credit.
