LEAD RETRIEVAL

Lead Retrieval will be available through Visit Connect to all exhibitors and sponsors at no extra charge. Please see our full FAQ on setup, scanning, and Lead Insights here.

Lead Retrieval Setup

This is done via the same portal as pass registration. Your main company contact can login to the dashboard and you will see the options "TEAM" and "QUESTIONS" on the left-hand side:

  • Team - register your colleagues attending the show and they will automatically be setup to scan badges onsite to create your leads.
  • Questions - add an unlimited number of qualifying questions for your leads

Lead Scanning

At the start of the event, your team will have access to the "Lead Retrieval" button in their ConnectMe mobile app. This is where they will scan leads throughout the event on attendee's badges.

Lead Insights 

Every lead interaction captured from your event presence is accessible in your Lead Insights dashboard, which includes much more than your badge scans from lead retrieval. One week before the event you’ll receive a reminder to log in to your account. For all lead data questions, contact Leadinsights.LS@informa.com.
