HOW TO UPDATE YOUR VIRTUAL SHOWCASE

How to Update your Virtual Booth

Once you have gathered your Virtual Booth Assets, you will be able to build your company profile within ConnectMe. Virtual Booths will be available soon for set up. Please note, the platform is not yet open for updating, you will be contacted directly when this goes live 5 weeks out from the event.

1. Login - If you're the primary contact for the event, you can login with your email address to edit your booth. The first time you login, you will need to update your profile first.

User Name: your email address

Passwordless entry - follow the instructions on the page.

2. Click the Exhibit Hall Tab - find your company name and click 'Showcase'

3. Click Edit Stand - in the top right corner of your showcase page

4. Change/Update Content - you can add downloadable PDFs and videos to your showcase. For downloads add them to your library first and then click ‘Confirm Selection’. For Videos, don’t forget to click 'Update Videos' to publish your changes.
