Tina Rideout holds both a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Connecticut.

She has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry and has been with Medtronic for a total of 15 years in different roles and capacities. In her current role as Clinical Evidence and Compliance Manager, she leads a team of medical writers who produce Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), Summary of Safety and Clinical Performance (SSCPs) documents and Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs) for EU Class IIb and III products within the Surgical Operations Unit at Medtronic.
