Arianne Vink, based in The Hague, ZH, NL, is Head of Group Appraisal & Reporting at Shell.
In addition to heading up external reporting, Arianne heads the Group's integrated reporting process and oversees its accounting policy and R&D.

Arianne was previously director External Reporting at KPN, the leading telecommunications and ICT provider in the Netherlands. At KPN, Arianne led the consolidated financial closing process, the formulation of the KPN accounting manual, the (interim) financial statements and KPN's integrated report.

As business owner she was responsible for the implementation projects for IFRS 16 (Leases), IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) and IFRS 9 (Financial Instruments).

Arianne spent over a decade with EY, both in the Netherlands and the USA.
