Donato currently holds several roles, including being a Member of the EFRAG VSME Community and the Member of the Expert Working Group for European Sustainability Reporting Standards. Donato also serves as a Member of the EFRAG Task Force on reporting of non-financial risks and opportunities. Prior to his current roles, Donato was the Senior VP of Accounts & Innovation at Datamaran and Director of Innovation. Donato was also a Member of the Stakeholder Insights Group at the Financial Reporting Council, where he shared his perspectives on key opportunities and potential areas of focus. Donato has also been involved with EFFAS as part of their CESGA Module 10: Chapter North America. Donato has lectured on materiality at Audencia Executive Education and had previous roles at Datamaran as an ESG Research Manager and ESG Specialist. Donato also served as a Teaching Assistant of Business Innovation and a PhD student at LUM University. Additionally, Donato was a Visiting Scholar at Cass Business School and worked as a Business analyst at Frulez and SportFabbrica.
