Karen is a Case Officer in the FRC’s Corporate Reporting Review team, responsible for the review of the quality of corporate reporting by public and large private companies. Prior to joining the FRC, Karen held a technical accounting role at Aviva plc and was Head of Disclosure at Lloyds Banking Group. Karen previously worked as a senior audit manager for PwC in Manchester, where she qualified, and was a member of PwC’s insurance technical accounting team.
