Pavlos is a finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in the Food & Beverages industry and Audit sector (KPMG).

As Head of Financial Reporting at Coca-Cola HBC, Pavlos leads the Group’s monthly financial closing and consolidation process, including preparation of the IFRS consolidated financial statements in the context of the Group’s integrated annual report and interim external reporting. In addition, Pavlos is responsible for the accounting of business combinations resulting from the Group’s M&A activity as well as ensuring compliance of the Group accounting policies with IFRS developments and appropriate integration between sustainability disclosures and the consolidated financial statements.

While in CCHBC, Pavlos has been involved in the implementation projects regarding IFRS 16 (Leases), IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) and IFRS 9 (Financial Instruments) for the Group.
