Peter was a sell-side analyst for approximately 25 years, specialising in the European industrial sector. He initially trained as an engineer and spent 10 years in industry in a variety of technical and sales roles. He has a degree in Engineering from Christ’s College, Cambridge and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. Peter has been the lead or secondary analyst on over 15 IPO’s across all the major European markets. He is a founder member of the Corporate Reporting Users’ Forum and has authored comment letters on leasing, revenue recognition and goodwill and acquisition accounting.
