Richard Oldfield leads all market-facing activities, initiatives, and strategy.

Prior to his current role, Richard was a member of the UK Executive Board for five years during which he was Head of Clients and Markets and latterly Head of Strategy and Communications. Richard also led the UK firm’s Banking and Capital Markets Assurance practice and sat on the Assurance Leadership team.

Richard has a truly global perspective, having worked across Africa and in London, Zurich, Paris, New York and Sydney. His client work has predominantly been focused on supporting large multinational financial service organisations, including leading investment banks, asset managers and full service banking organisations.

Outside of the office, much of his time is spent with his two daughters. He loves reading, trivia, running, eating out and travel.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts, University of York and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
