Sarah-Jayne Dominic is currently Head of Policy, Programmes and Strategy in the Regulatory Standards division at the FRC.
Sarah-Jayne led on the FRC’s response to recent proposals on sustainability reporting standards from the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and participates in the ISSB’s Jurisdictional Working Group.

Before working at the FRC, Sarah-Jayne worked at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) which sets sustainability reporting standards, and prior to that had various roles in financial and non-financial reporting and assurance, and risk management at PwC. Sarah-Jayne is both a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) and a member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
