Mohamed is the Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department in Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), one of the largest Sovereign Wealth Funds globally. In this role, he is responsible for managing Human Resources and Corporate Services programs and initiatives. Digital Transformation and developing Emirati talent at early career stage are areas among his top priority in his current role.

He joined ADIA in 2008 and before transitioning into HR, Mohamed worked as an Investment Manager in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Department, where he managed and invested in portfolios of global real estate assets. Earlier in his career, he worked as an R&D Engineer in the UAE in many Research and Development related projects. Mohamed graduated with a BSc in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University in Washington DC, USA, and completed his Master of Quality Management from University of Wollongong, in Dubai, UAE. He is also a SHRM SCP accredited and CFA charter holder.
