Tim Fox is a prominent GCC Chief Economist, economic adviser and financial markets analyst. He was the Chief Economist of Emirates NBD for 12 years from 2008-2020, where he created and built the economic research function at the bank, and collectively has had over 30 years of experience in financial markets in London, New York and Dubai.

In 2021 he established Tim Fox Advisory as a boutique consultancy and advisory firm working with companies and organizations in a number of relevant fields and sectors regionally and internationally, including ASCA Capital a Dubai based Private Equity firm, St Gotthard Fund Management, an investment firm based in Switzerland, and Tratok Portal LLC - an Emirati blockchain-driven SME disrupting payments in the global tourism sector.

A frequent commentator on global and regional business channels and local radio programs, and a contributor to a number of prominent publications, Tim is a familiar voice in the UAE and a thought-leader about all things regional and global economic in nature.
