Information on CEH approval at Menu Directions 2025

The FSD Menu Directions conference program has been approved for Continuing Education Hours (CEH) by both the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP). Certificate of completion will be sent to verified attendees within 2 weeks post event.

American Culinary Federation (ACF)

This program is approved for 8 Continuing Education Hours (CEH) toward the initial or recertification application for ACF certification.

Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals/Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (ANFP/CBDM)

This program is approved for 12.25 Continuing Education Hours (CEH) by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM)
