Marlon is the creator and host of multiple brands including First Taste TV™, offering dynamic video content that connects industry partners with school nutrition operators. Next Up Talk Show and Podcast, both spotlighting thought leadership and real-time engagement with the audience. And Indulge, a podcast focused on the hospitality and retail sectors. In addition, he’s the mind behind digital publications like Served Digizine™ and special events like Ignite, a celebration attended by thousands of foodservice professionals annually. Most recently, he has been part of the Ask Jen A.I. ownership team where he provides innovative A.I. solutions to those inside and outside of foodservice.
