Jeffrey Langbaum is a senior analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, a real-time, interactive industry research platform available on the Bloomberg Professional service. Mr. Langbaum focuses on commercial and residential real estate trends and market performance, specializing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) which invest in commercial real estate focused on the multi-family residential, office, health-care and data center sectors. Prior to joining Bloomberg Intelligence in 2012, Mr. Langbaum covered the REIT market at Ladenburg Thalmann, Barclays Capital and Bear Stearns. Mr. Langbaum earned a bachelor's of science degree in finance from the University of Maryland.
