Jonathan Chassin is a veteran of the commercial real estate finance industry with a career spanning 23-years. He was most recently a Managing Director with the Walker & Dunlop New York Capital Markets practice, responsible for sourcing and structuring debt and equity, loan portfolio sales, and advisory. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Chassin established and ran Moinian Capital Partners, the lending arm of The Moinian Group. He was an originator on the Large Loan team at Morgan Stanley, the Head of Capital Markets for the Commercial Real Estate Finance team at UBS Investment Bank and he was a Vice President of Capital Markets at Natixis. He started his career as an analyst with Standard & Poor’s in the CMBS New Issue Ratings Group.
