Kelley Brine is a results-driven real estate executive with 25+ years of leadership in asset management, development, and operations. As President of Rose Valley Management, she oversees a $2 billion, 10,000-unit multifamily portfolio, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. She leads a nationwide team of 200+, expanding the company’s footprint through owner-operator acquisitions and third-party management.

Previously, Kelley served as EVP at HH Red Stone Properties, where she managed a 10,000-bed portfolio, led $800M in acquisitions, and achieved a 98% occupancy rate for five consecutive years. Her career spans securing institutional funding, optimizing NOI, and executing large-scale property transformations.

A passionate advocate for real estate innovation and women in leadership, Kelley also serves on the advisory board of Girls Gotta Run, supporting education for girls in Ethiopia.
