Mr. Snyder leads the Commercial Real Estate team at Rithm Capital (NYSE: RITM), where he focuses on the firm’s commercial real estate strategy. He oversees Rithm Property Trust and heads the development of its origination and direct-lending platforms. Mr. Snyder has more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate investment, development, and asset management.

Prior to joining Rithm, Mr. Snyder co-founded Center Court Partners and Center Court Mass, where he led investment activity across office, retail, industrial, student housing, and multifamily assets. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at SR Capital, US Realty Advisors, and Fortress Investment Group, developing deep experience in the evaluation and management of complex real estate portfolios.

Mr. Snyder earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois, where he competed on the Men’s Tennis Team and contributed to four Big Ten Championships.
